we put an extension on our house. The first big decision was which architect to use. We are so glad we chose Danny. From our initial meeting we knew he was right for our project. His designs were truly spot on to our vision, and of course he was able to take the project to the next level with his expertise and suggestions. He helped us select 4 contractors to get first bids from to get a sense of the construction budget, and the final bidding and contractor selection. Danny is a talented, creative, solutions-oriented and collaborative architect. We have done 2 projects with him-- an entire new house design and a major renovation to an existing home. The second project was actually more complex than the first since it involved substantial changes to the exterior complicated driveway/landscape. My wife and I purchased a house in a desirable town with the intention of demolishing it and building our "dream home". Needless to say, we interviewed MANY architects in the process. It wasn't until we met Danial Dubinett, however, that we knew we had found "the one". Danny is the consummate professional. Not only is he gifted in his craft (Architecture), he is a wonderful human being as well. Even though we changed our minds numerous times throughout this project (which lasted over 1 year), Danny never lost patience with us. He incorporated our ideas quite nicely into the final design, and proved adept at reconciling my wife's vision with my own, all while remaining mindful of our budgetary constraints. On the rare occasional when Danny had a concern about one of our ideas, he was able to tactfully suggest alternatives that were better than anything my wife and I had considered. After our plans were finalized, Danny continued to remain quite involved in our project. He helped us select a Contractor and has intervened on our behalf when issues have arisen in the building of our home.
